Trending Upwards was created to help good people doing meaningful work move forward with more clarity, structure and support.
I work with small businesses, women-led businesses, nonprofits and social enterprises that need practical help behind the scenes, whether that looks like strategic planning, policies and procedures, project coordination, operational support, marketing planning, or simply getting ideas out of someone’s head and into something usable.
My approach is thoughtful, grounded and practical. I care about work that is useful, realistic and aligned with the stage, capacity and goals of the organisation I’m supporting.
Based in the Scenic Rim, supporting Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounds, I also work remotely with clients across Australia.

Hi, I’m Adrienne, the person behind Trending Upwards.
I’m a strategic and hands-on consultant with a broad background across planning, communications, project support, systems improvement, documentation and operational development.
Over the years, I’ve supported organisations with everything from strategic business plans and policy development through to business systems, implementation support, internal processes, marketing content, and practical project coordination.
I’m someone who naturally sits between the big picture and the detail. I enjoy helping people make sense of what they’re trying to build, then turning that into plans, documents, systems and actions that actually help move things forward.
